For some of our gift cards and phone refills, you’ll have the option to select a custom amount from an available range. However, other products only allow you to choose from predefined packages or amounts.

Please note that if you typically purchase a specific product with custom amounts and encounter an absence of that option, it could be due to a stock shortage for custom amounts, which should be replenished within 1-3 business days.
