What does my order status mean?

  1. Pending Payment: This status signifies that payment for the order is pending and has not been received yet.

  2. Pending Delivery: This status implies that the order is awaiting processing, either due to delayed confirmation or a delay from our supplier.

  3. Completed: This status is assigned when the order has been successfully processed and delivered to the customer via email, marking it as complete.

  4. Canceled: This status is applied when an error occurs during the purchase process. The product would not have been sent.

  5. Failed: This status is assigned when the customer fails to make the payment within the specified time frame for the order, resulting in the order being marked as "Failed."
