Can I get a refund?

At CryptoMate, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience with our digital products. Our refund policy is as follows:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where the product has not been delivered to the customer.

  • Customers must request a refund within 24 hours of the purchase.

Non-refundable Products:

  • Once a product has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund. This includes all digital products that have been redeemed or used.

Refund Process:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. For purchases made with cryptocurrencies, the refund will be issued in the equivalent cryptocurrency at the current market rate.

  • Refund processing may take up to 24 hours, depending on the method of payment.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed for delivery.
